UI allows you to make views that are inaccessible

      I had a view that was called "CI builds" but was getting annoyed that when it
      was selected the hight of the view header increased to 2 columns and "CI
      Builds" was printed accross 2 lines.

      To work around this I renamed the view to "CI builds" however the rename
      suceeded but now the view is completely inaccessible. (HTTP 404 from
      http://scg-hudson.uk.nds.com/view/CI builds/)
