When creating a view give it the name "test (bob)" Hudson omplains that '(' is
an unsafe character which it isn't either for XML or URLs.

If you create a view "test bob" then edit the view and change the name to "test
(bob)" the view is sucessfully updated and you can manage the view without
issue.
