I upgraded from 1.185 to 1.190 and then tried the "Build History" link from the
main screen or from a view tab. For some builds in the past that had junit test
failures it shows "0 tests started to fail". The number is always zero, instead
of stating the number of tests that failed. (I haven't seen a build with failed
unit tests SINCE I upgraded to 1.190 yet, so not sure if it will occur again or
just for these builds in the past) If I click the build number in that row of
the history it does show the right number, something like: "Test Results (4
failures / +4)"
