We are using Starteam plugin with Jenkins for our project. When we perform check-outs, it takes a very long time unlike when we run the starteam command line using stcmd which is pretty fast. Is there any possibility in the current plug-in that provides a way that we can pass a parameter just like the starteam command line to speed up the checkout process?
