1. First I downloaded file jenkins-1.467.zip.
2. After the file was extracted, I've got 2 files: jenkins-1.467.msi and setup.exe.
3. Then I started installation of jenkins on a Windows PC (OS: Windows Server 2007 x64) as a windows service by launching the file setup.exe.

Launching of the setup.exe didn't finish and gave a message (s. attachment).
A look into event viewer didn't let me any further information about the possible problem.

Can you please help me with any hint or proposal how to solve the problem?
