Rebuild is broken when coupled with Node Label plugin.

      An exception gets thrown when trying to use a Node-label parameter on a rebuild of an executed job. Basically it says:

      Status Code: 500

      Exception: org.apache.commons.jelly.JellyTagException: file:/var/lib/jenkins/plugins/rebuild/WEB-INF/classes/com/sonyericsson/rebuild/RebuildAction/index.jelly:54:63: <st:include> No page found 'LabelParameterValue.jelly' for class com.sonyericsson.rebuild.RebuildAction
