[JENKINS-14111] Unable to disable Wait option

I can confirm this on thinBackup 1.6 and Jenkins 1.470.

I tried editing thinBackup.xml directly to set this to false, then telling Jenkins to re-read the configuration from disk. However, it still appears set to true in Jenkins management interface.

I have allready fixed this issue, but it is not released, yet. I will do my best to bring out a minor release with that fix soon.
