The behavior is kind of quirky, but it seems that if I try to add additional doclinks to a matrix style project that already had a given set of doclinks, then those new links won't show up. The odd thing is though, that according to the build output, the plugin recognizes the additional doc target and the links do get updated after every build because we see a new timestamp in the generated files.
