clock.png icon not displayed in build pipeline

      Following the upgrade to v1.3.0, the clock.png icon is not displayed on the build pipeline view.

      I believe this may be due to the path mapping to

      {BASEURL}/images/24x24/clock.png instead of {BASEURL}

      /jenkins/images/24x24/clock.png where the image resides
