      The icon paths in PerfPublisher report look like.
      /plugin/PerfPublisher/icons/bullet_green.png

      1. the folder /var/lib/jenkins/plugin/perfpublisher is created lowercase, so the icon path should also be lowercase /plugin/perfpublisher/icons/bullet_green.png

      2. Jenkins path look like www.example.com/jenkins and it runs with flag --prefix=/jenkins
      so please consider --prefix.

      Expected Path: /jenkins/plugin/perfpublisher/icons/bullet_green.png
