Mstestrunner plugin adds /noisolation parameter to command which causes hanging of test

    Description

      Mstestrunner plugin adds /noisolation parameter unconditionally to command string which causes hanging of test. I think it makes sense to eliminate it from command string building process. Moreover /noisolation parameter could be added as additional parameter.
