Let's open a configuration for a job, then uncheck "Invoke top-level Ant
targets", for example. Ant-related fields become hidden. Now, do "refresh" or
click on any link in the view that opens in the same window, and go back to
      configuration.

After refresh or return from the next page we see that the configuration view is
not correct. It still shows "Invoke Ant" unchecked, but ant-related fields are
present and we have exactly oposite relation between the checkbox and the fields.

When checkbox is checked, ant-related fields are hidden, and vice versa.
This is applies for many checkboxes, not only for Ant.

Users easily can see this problem when they configure their job first time and
click on help links to read more info and then return back. A couple of times I
just was forced to start configuration from scratch, because it was completely
      out of sync.

There are many links that are being opened in the same window that cause this
problem (for example, most of links from help for many options), or the link to
      workspace, etc.

As a side note, it's confusing that some links are bein open in new window, and
some are in the same window, replacing the configuration view and scaring users
that their configuration can be lost.
