Vagrant Plugin Doesn't Install

    • Windows Server 2008 R2 (inside a VirtualBox running on Windows 7), and Windows 7

      I have tried installing the Vagrant plugin, both manually and through the plugin manager. After I install it, I restart Jenkins, but it is not listed in the installed plugins, nor does the build options for Vagrant appear in the build configuration.
