currently plot plugin does not having capability -
. Ability to set labels,rather than build #,date on x(Horizontal) axis.
-labels means name of data which get at the job and it can be more than 1 also.

Benefit: this feature can help to analyse the performance of build in graph with multiple x axis labels.

please let me know if someone working on this feature at plot plugin and soon will be released.
if not, Can you please consider this as major enhancement request in plot plugin.
