In order to be able to easier download build artefacts on mobile devices, the Jenkins web interface should offer an option to show QR 2D barcodes next to the URLs shown in the Artefacts list, encoding each of those URLs, in a way similar to what Google Code is doing in their Download section.

By default they should be hidden, or maybe even generated on demand if this is possible.

This might need to be implemented as a plugin so it won't impact the UX for everyone.
