We use redmine whoch offers a rest api which can be used with simple http auth or just by a REST api key which can be passed via url parameter oder http header var. To be able to use ur plugin with redmine it would just be enough to skip the whole authentification (oauth) part and let ur plugin send http josn content post via rest url which has api key as param indluced
