Unable to compute the changesets - thus no mail is sent

      Hi,

      I have project A and project B which depends on it.
      I committed errors to project A such that it will pass build, but it will fail project B compilation.
      I expected it to send an email to the committer (me) of project A.
      It didn't.
      Here's the console output of the job:
