When I go to the Update Center in the administration part of Jenkins, I can't update or install updates because the submit buttons don't work.

There is also a blank space between the top menu (With the login/logout option) and the breadcrum menu. I think there is an error with the HTML tags or CSS.

The Update Center works perfectly in Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome
