Symptoms:

• Trying to configure job hangs with grey LOADING overlay always displayed
• "Error on page" appears in lower left. (JS error details below)
• Submitting the job gives HTTP error 400, or 403 "bad crumb"

Workaround: used Google Chrome 21.0.1180.83

I searched the issues database and found some that look similar, but none mentions this particular .js file, so I don't believe this is a duplicate.
