I tried the current version, the idea is really good! But I see that there are alot of files not synced (such without hudson*), and important directories too (userContent).
Maybe it would be possible to enhance the configuration? To have some kind of filters etc? I'm sorry I cannot provide code because I'm not an Java programmer.
