If "Job configuration --> Advanced Project Options -> Use custom workspace" is checked, the directory must be specified in Windows path format i.e C:\foo rather than /cygdrive/c/foo

Without this feature, it is not possible to re-use the same job for both Windows and Linux builds (e.g. using Jenkins parameterized builds feature)
