support spaces inside parameters

      I tried to set the following as a parameter,

      PARAMETERS=

      {"svnrev":"$SVN_REVISION", "buildid":"$PIPELINE_BUILD_NUMBER"}

      but it came through as

      '

      {"svnrev":"263168",' '"buildid":"1172"}

      '

      The issue was the space. Everything worked once I took that out. Is this something that can be fixed?
