Option to create a new page

      When specifying the page to use add the option to have the page created if it does not exist. Also allow specifying the parent of the new page.

          Thanks for the release! In the description you mentioned that the change should allow specifying the parent of the new page. How can this be done? I can't seem to find it in the config options.

          I reopened the issue since the change doesn't allow specifying the parent of the new page (as requested in the description).

          It would be very useful if this could be added.

          I ran into this same issue, so added a configuration parameter to let you specify the pageId of the parent page. Pull request here: https://github.com/jenkinsci/confluence-publisher-plugin/pull/7
