It would be nice to have possibility to create a job, which would be visible only to the user/group which
created it. It could be ie. part of job's 'configure' section.

These personal jobs would be then visible ie. inside of a special 'view' tab above joblist, called ie. 'My
Personal Jobs', in case user is logged in.

Perhaps a plugin registering a new custom 'hudson.model.Job' could do this.
