The Ivy plugin's configuration can be utilized to pull Ivy info including organisation/module name and configurations; therefore the "Resolve id" item is not necessary, and the "Ivy Configurations" item can be defaulted to "*" which Ivy can resolve to all configurations. To do these things sensibly, it is necessary to pull the Ivy info for all Ivy modules as well.
