Possibility to define a custom SCM tag in project config

      As we have the requirement to use some well defined tag names when building a release, we extended m2release plugin to be able to define a custom SCM tag template that will be expanded when performing a release build.

          Rebased to 0.11.0-SNAPSHOT. WOuld be nice if it can be pulled before release of 0.11.00.

          Actually Bild Hive marks the build as failing, but in my opinion it is more a Build Hive configuration problem.

          Wouldn't it be better to respect `tagNameFormat` from the pom?

          Any tagNameFormat config of the m-release-p is respected. But if you select "Specify custom SCM tag" it is not shown as the default.
