JobConfigHistory plugin does not record config changes done through API

    • We are using version 1.11 of the plugin, but looking at the release notes of the releases that came after this, it does not look like this issue was addressed.

      When using the API to POST a new config.xml for a job, that action is not recorded in the job history.
