Regression Report: Send only to culprit, make contents editable

      First of all, the plugin works great, and was very well received by our jenkins users. There I two things I would love to see improved.
      First, it would be great to be able to send the mail to the culprit of the regression (similar what the ext-mail plugin offers).
      Second, I would love to be able to make adjustments to the content of the mail that is sent.
