Update periodicbackup-plugin dependency plexus-archiver to 2.2.

      Lots of bug fixes eg. http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/PLXCOMP-194 , http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/PLXCOMP-149 . Suspected cause for https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-13617 . I built the plugin locally, works as per normal on my dev environment. Pull request @ https://github.com/jenkinsci/periodicbackup-plugin/pull/4
