Logged in users should have read only permissions automatically

I have enabled openID google apps in Jenkins and it is working fine.
Only issue is I need to give read only permissions to new users.

Is it possible for new logged in users to get read only permissions automatically.

I also want to give job-creater permissions to some users by my own.

But logged in users should have read only permission by default.

      Please suggest

I added a short section about this to the Wiki documentation page:

I suppose we can close the issue. Is it OK?
BTW, it would be useful to have a description on role-strategy's Wiki page as well.

I don't use the Role Strategy plugin at the moment, so I'll leave it someone else to make a correct change to its docs.
