testswarm integration issue with jenkins

      I have problem with testswarm integration issue with jenkins.
      I have follow this link: https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/testswarm-plugin to install jenkins-testswarm. However manage plugin does not show the latest updated plugin in plugin configuration.
      Please help !!
