Archived artifacts loose the unix file attributes, e.g. the execution bit.
It would be useful to keep this bit if on build is necessary to build another build.
Scenario: I build a linux system incl. c-compiler with one job, archive this job with "Archive the artifacts" and want to use this c-compiler to compile another project.
