          Have you tried using the Flexible Publish Plugin (https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Flexible+Publish+Plugin)? At least you can configure multiple doxygen post build actions. I have not tested if it works as expected, though. Especially because the doxygen plugin seems to put the docu into the folder "doxygen" in the job root directory... this will likely be overwritten by the second call.
