1. Keep a file open (e.g., a zip)
2. Run clean workspace

Expecting:

• Cannot delete file xxxxx.zip log message
• Build failure

I'd hope there would be one or two retry after a few seconds (some coporate anti-virus, Symantec, like have a tendency to keep files open).
