NullPointerException in BooleanSlice.get for "Block Build" when slicing by view

      When attempting to slice "Block Build when Downstream/Upstream Building", the attached stack trace appears on submit.

          Appears to only occur when slicing by view. Using the slicer on all projects works correctly.
