Unable to connect to Mantis

      Jenkins 1.501
      Mantis 1.2.14

      I have my Mantis installation hosted at "http://localhost/mantis/". This is the path I have configured in global Jenkins settings. Nevertheless, in the project settings, no Mantis projects and categories can be found.

      When I hosted Mantis on a "real" domain, Jenkins was able to connect.

          "(cause Access denied)" means that your mantis account is not allowed to connect it.
          Check your mantis account.

          Why is not a defect? I have the same issue...but works correctly in a domain, I spend too many hours until I find this ticket.....

          I did some research and now I believe that it is only indirectly a problem of the plugin. The error already exists in the libraries such as Axis used by the plugin.

          I'm trying to use server named "mantis" in local network.
          Can't retrieve projects and categories.

          I have the exact same problem, I upgraded to a new Jenkins version but still the same thing can not access mantis
