Parametrized Build not running in Jenkins Version 1.504 on Mouse Over event

      In Jenkins Version 1.504 if we mouse over on job and click on Build now then nothing happens it just shows Done, but no form is displaying for parametrized job. (This is happens only in case where job is required to set parameters)
