plugin description source inconsistency

      For uninstalled plugins, the Plugin Manager uses the content of the excerpt macro from a plugin's Wiki page as description string.
      For installed plugins, the description string is coming from the plugin's src/main/resources/index.jelly file.
      This inconsistency is confusing.
      Can this be resolved, so that there's a single point of truth?
