Dropdown not compatible with cloudbees folder

      views inside Folders (cloudbees folder plugin), appear as tabs, not dropdwon.
      Can be reproduced installing the cloudbees FREE plugins

      Seems dropdown-views-tabbar don't handle nested ItemGroups in Jenkins

          this is actually a cloudbees folder bug, that uses DefaultViewsTabBar without configuration option

          cloudbees-folder makes no reference no view tab bars so not sure how it could be a bug in that plugin. Needs to be reëvaluated.
