      In the new window Click on High Tab - NO DETAILS DISPLAYED EVEN THROUGH THERE IS A VALUE OF 1 WITH HIGH PRIORITY
      in the same window Click on Normal Tab - NO DETAILS DISPLAYED EVEN THROUGH THERE IS A VALUE OF 7 WITH NORMAL PRIORITY

      Could you please guide why this is happening and what is the solution for this
