Request to support HTTPS url monitoring in URLTrigger plugin

      Hi, most of our web pages is using HTTPS in our working environment. It would greatly help us if the URLTrigger plugin could support monitor the changes of HTTPS urls. Thanks.

          I added SSL certificate.
          It should be OK for now.
