Warning sent to wrong log (our Case 9374)

      A SCM polling job, polling ClearCase UCM, in "poll self" mode, with "Create baseline" enabled.

      The following warning:
      [CCUCM] You cannot create a baseline in this mode

      is infrequently sent to the polling log, so it is easy to miss.
      It should be send to the build log, for each execution
