I get this error message.
The test plan is active and public.
Besides I think my configuration is ok (because if I enter a wrong project name, the system displays the message that the project does not exist)

It seems linked to JENKINS-17442 but I have the plugin 3.4

Jenkins - 1.502
Testlink - 1.9.6
Plugin Testlink - 3.4
