      Permit use of parameters and/or enviroment variables in the context root textbox.

      Now parameter ${VERSION} are not resolved, and the context root can not be parameterized.

          Please add support for this feature. It's actually very surprising to learn that this plugin has never supported Jenkins/Hudson variables. Thanks in advance.
