Add post-build step

      We'd like to be able to use this plug-in as a post-build step. Unfortunately this plug-in only exposes a build step.

          This would be a very nice feature to have.

          In my use-case we use the deploy-plugin to deploy our war to our tomcat.
          After that I would like (in post-build-step) to call a specif url and just see if it the server answered.

          It is possible to add more than one build in a single job.
          Why don't a build right after the build deploy? (As build I mean the build list of a job)
