Team Concert plugin to provide possibility to report build activities

Currently different build activities can be reported to RTC Jazz only by using the provided AntTasks.
In order to gain independence, it would be nice if the Team Concert plugin would allow to add several build steps, where each such step would allow the definition of a new activity to start.

Hence I could combine different build tasks in Jenkins and in between report the current progress back to RTC.

Since it's possible to use an Ant Task after the source has been pulled from RTC, and these Ant Tasks can utilize the already existing Ant Tasks for updating the Build Activities, this request is sort of solved for me.

At least, I would vote to put it as minor only.

I don't use ant. I use Maven for Java builds and make for things that aren't Java.

I'd love the reporting stuff to be totally separate. And a maven plugin and a command line tool would be awesome.

Maybe this can no easily be solved using Pipelines with an additional Reporting Step?
