Adding feature to URLTrigger

      Currently URLTrigger only checks the content-type of the url specified, based on the result will trigger the build.
      Wish to add feature to check if workspace is out-of-date with the base scm repository before triggering the build.

      Any Pointers or documents are welcome.....

          URLTrigger is able to check body content and header of the HTTP response.
