Maven Repo Cleaner does only work for local maven repositories

      If the global Maven setting "Local Maven Repository" is having the value "Default (~/.m2/repository)", this plugin won't be able to clean it. Only workspace specific repositories ($WORKSPACE/.repository) are considered.
      Please either fix or at least document this flaw.
