CCTray (cc.xml) file is generated as an empty list of projects (since upgrade to 1.509)

      Since the upgrade from the previous LTS release 1.480, the cctray integration file has been generated blank. The entire contents is below:

      <Projects/>

          Cannot reproduce. Note that this is a feature provided by the view, so if the home page view is empty (e.g. just a parent nested view) or contains no projects, this API might well report an empty jobs list.
