Latest install of version 1.524 disables Maven

      The latest version upgrade has completely disabled all my maven jobs. Attempting to create a new job does not work because maven plugin is disabled. Reinstalling does not work. I cannot downgrade. Logs are at https://gist.github.com/amir20/6082188

      Marking this as critical as it has completely stopped our build system.
